30-day returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email support@shoppitall.store with your order number. We will send return instructions within 1 business day. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return shipping.

Mystery boxes & bundles

Because bundle contents are a surprise assortment, bundles can be returned unopened within 30 days. Opened bundles can be returned if an item is damaged or defective.
